Most equipment sellers keep commercial terms for the negotiation table. Ours are here, in plain language — the same terms our own 260+ gyms are supplied on. Your quote restates every number below for your specific order.
Ordering & payment

| Advance | 50% advance with your purchase order confirms the order and locks pricing and the delivery window. |
| Balance | Remaining 50% before dispatch from our warehouse. |
| Payment modes | Bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS) against a pro-forma invoice. No cash — every rupee is invoiced. |
| Minimum order | None for catalog purchases — single machines welcome. Commercial (multi-unit) pricing applies on orders of ₹3 lakh and above. |
| Quote validity | Itemized quotes within 24 hours of your inquiry; pricing held for 30 days from the quote date. |
Delivery & installation

| Delivery window | Typically 3–6 weeks from order confirmation depending on city, stock and floor readiness. Your quote states the exact window for your order — and that written window is the one that counts. |
| Coverage | Pan-India delivery, coordinated with your fit-out. |
| Installation | Included on orders of ₹3 lakh and above, performed by our own crews — the same teams that commission our gyms. Below ₹3 lakh, installation is offered at a per-visit charge stated on your quote. |
| Commissioning | Every installed machine is load-tested and signed off on-site before handover. |
Warranty by category
Every product page states its exact warranty; the category ladder below is the baseline. One statement worth reading twice: no AMC purchase is ever required to keep your warranty valid. The warranty stands on its own.

Warranty covers manufacturing and material defects under normal commercial use. It excludes cosmetic wear, consumables, and damage from misuse or unauthorized modification — the standard exclusions, stated up front instead of discovered later.
Service & AMC

| Service SLA | 72-hour service SLA on installed equipment, with first response within 4 working hours. This is the same service network that keeps our own 260+ gyms open. |
| Spares | Stocked in India. Every machine we sell also runs in our own gyms, so parts and trained technicians already exist for it. |
| AMC | Optional, sold separately for post-warranty cover. Buying it is a choice, never a warranty condition. Gym packages include the first year of AMC. |
GST & financing

| EMI & leasing | Equipment financing via NBFC partners for eligible commercial buyers, with 12–36 month tenures. Indicative EMIs on our package pages assume a 36-month tenure; the financing partner confirms final rates and eligibility. |
